Once you have placed your order you can track it's progress through our system by logging into your account. To log into your account click on the your account link at the top of any page on this website. You will also find a link on the email that is sent to you once you have placed an order.
Your log in information will comprise of the email address you supplied when placing your first order together with the password you chose.

All you need to do is choose the store collection option when placing your order and we will contact you with availability and suitable date/time for the collection of your order.
The cost of your delivery is calculated on the total spend of your order, you will be able to see the current total by viewing your shopping basket.

In most cases your order will be delivered via courier, however for small items we may use The Royal Mail 2nd class postal service.
