Reserve & Collect

 
In the first instance, call our store and reserve your chosen items from our wide range of products available online.  
 
Then place the order online (so you can collect your Loyalty Points) and tick the "collect at store" in your basket to cancel the delivery charges.  
 
Items that are in stock will be available for you to collect from only an hour after reservation until the end of the following working day. We will notify you if the item is not in stock, but available to order (normally delivered to our store in 3 to 5 days).  
 
Goods are always reserved at the online price, so this is the price you pay when you come to collect.
